Summary

  • Responsibility for the supra-regional marketing strategy in matrix organisation with the goal of lead generation (MQL, SQL, pipeline) for complex equipment and software solutions as well as cross-selling and churn prevention with existing customers.
  • Implementation, training and development of a telemarketing agency for inbound and segmented outbound lead activities
  • Successful team restructuring (6 FTE) to more closely integrate marketing and sales
  • Allocation and responsibility of €500,000 marketing budget

Marketing Director DACH
Corporate, SaaS, 1 - 2 years

  • Set-up and management of a demand generation (SEO/digital, content, events, design) and sales development team (10 FTE's) in the DACH region
  • Successful achievement of MQL, SQL, Marketing Sourced Opportunities and Pipeline targets (2.5x sales target in FY)
  • Allocation and responsibility of €1.1m marketing budget
